A.C. Collins Ford is a family owned and operated Ford Dealership looking for Internet Sales Specialists.
Successful candidates have the folowing responsibilities/requirements:

Works closely with the BDC manager and staff by communicationg all emails and interactions with Internet Leads so that proper followup can take place.

Engage our Internet clients in there preferred method, wether that be phone, email, text or in person.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates should be computer savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner is essential.

Directs customers and supplies customers with product information and resources including those on the Internet.

Understands opportunities and challanges of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw the customer to the store and sale the prospect.

Checks email frequently and responds in inquiries immediately.

Keeps up with technology that would enhance disseminating information to Internet customers.

Maintains an on-going customer database to capture repeat business.

Assist Internet customers in selecting a vehicle.
-
Continues followup of leads according to Fords prescribed Internet Sales Specialist quidelines.
