Position Description
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN OUR DALLAS, TX OFFICE
Lead all campus recruiting activities for assigned schools. Develop campus sourcing strategies, manage and staff recruiting events, oversee candidate management from sourcing to offer. Execute strategies and meet demand by partnering with broader team including coordinators and business partners. Accountable for overall recruiting and on-boarding process integrity, quality and budget maintenance. This position will require frequent travel.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and recruiting potential candidates for hire.
Client Management/interaction with hiring managers and other business participants.
Administrative tasks to adhere to the required process, policies and compliance steps (OFCCP). Data Entry, Scheduling, Candidate travel, OnBoarding, etc.
Project Management - organize and manage recruiting events.
Special projects, ongoing training, meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 Years experience in Recruiting
Preferred Qualifications:
• PHR, SPHR
• 5 Years experience in Recruiting
• 2 Years experience in Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy. Develop and implement cost effective sourcing strategies to deliver recruiting results.
• 2 Years experience in Communication, Organization and Time Management.
• 2 Years experience in Compliance: OFCCP rules and regulations
