Job Duties and Responsibilities	ManTech Technical Services Group (TSG) has established itself as an Industry Leader in worldwide technology support providing support to the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force and other key Department of Defense (DOD) customers. We would like for you to consider becoming a member of our ManTech International team. Customer Support Technician Assists in providing customer contact and resolve routine, non-complex customer problems with designated product line(s) on the customer site. Communicates with internal technical or customer service personnel to determine nature of problem to implement procedures to resolve customer problem. Documents problem and troubleshooting procedures. Attends on- going training sessions to achieve a higher level of technical skill. Performs other duties as assigned. Should have a strong knowledge of the current desktop Microsoft Operating System, Automated Call Tracking. Requires High School diploma or equivalent (technical training), and three to four years of related experience. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to maintain a Secret Clearance Location : San Antonio, TX
